In November 2001, when Corporate Affairs assigned the number 24092 to a business, it was Impact Training & Development Services (ITDS), a fast-growing Training and Business Development Consultancy, registered and located in Barbados and owned by Lorna Barrow.

The business was born out of the owner’s hunger for self expression, her passionate desire to breathe new life into the way knowledge is transferred and skills acquired as well as her untiring goal to create solutions for small and medium-sized businesses which truly address their unique circumstances.
