"Big Richie B", as he’s affectionately called, likes to joke about his name claiming that whether you read “Richard” backwards or forwards, it's hard to be rich! But he lives up to his name in a classroom, bringing a richness to training by organizing and delivering information in such a way that it’s not hard to learn and retain what you learn.

How does he do this?

He has a manner that motivates virtually everyone with whom he comes in contact and helps those who really want to move on in life to do so. He believes that training should accomplish results, and this quality is rapidly making him one of the most effective speakers/trainers for hospitality, tourism and business organizations in the Caribbean.

Nigel St.Hill is a Personal Money Management and certified Life Coach, specializing in helping people to change the way they think about money and in the process improve their lives.  He actually walks his talk of teaching others how to be financially responsible, so they can acquire enough wealth to take care of loved ones, live prosperously and give generously to others.

Nigel came to this place after having worked with the Telecommunications giant Cable and Wireless in its Barbados location for a number of years as its Credit Manager.

He was the first person to qualify in credit management in the Caribbean and in the late 90s when Cable and Wireless established a special forum for developing best-practices for its credit management operations throughout the Caribbean, he played an active role in that forum.
